Description

Undefined index error happens when importing attached template with following procedure:

1. import attached template
2. change hostname and visible name on one host
3. import attached (same) template with unchecking all "update existing" option.

Error message on frontend:
Undefined index: xxxxxxx[include/classes/import/importers/CHostImporter.php:103]

RESOLVED in svn://svn.zabbix.com/branches/dev/ZBX-6133.

Before importing the file, create the following templates: 04_Template TEST ABC, 04_Template TEST DEF, 04_Template TEST GHI.
