items.php
select TELNET agent in Type field
confirm that name for field with id='password' is Password
choose SSH agent in Type field
change Authentication method to Public key
for the field with id='password' name changes to Key passphrase
select TELNET agent in Type field
name for field with id='password' is now changed to Key passphrase
