view a simple graph, click on left hand edge date/time (upper right corner of the time period scrollbar). it shows date and time from the right hand edge instead.
should be also verified for all other pages where timeline is used (custom graphs, web monitoring, audit, values...)

moved translatable constants to file which is required after locale initialization;
introduced new 3rd party JavaScript library, which extends Date object with format() function, which in turn simulates PHP native date formating functionality;
removed now unnecessary function dateToArray().
