Guest users cannot see the "Debug" link even if the debug mode is enabled for them. Despite the link being hidden, debug information if still available in the HTML source. |

to clarify, this is very bad - we use processing power, memory etc to get the debug info, then just hide the debug link (while still increasing the page size by including it)... |
