zalex_ua the reporter complains that it's a bug but actually it's an undocumented feature.
It discussed in ZBX-4825 a bit.

zalex_ua You are right Rich, I've been considering where would remove the duplicated note but ... both pages ere enough good to leave it there.
At least this is not a single place where we have duplicated notes.
