in maps, triggers in state OK not show the indicator OK . in version 2.0.6 the OK is here
perhaps linked to in the edit mode we can't change the slot problem display

(1) Would be nice to change also has_status to hasStatus in maps.inc.php, since few lines already have changed to newer coding style.

To change "Problem display", go to Administration > General and enable "Enable event acknowledges"
