Vitaly, I can't seem to reproduce your problem. Could you please export the map and post it here? Feel free to omit any sensitive information it may contain, but keep the structure of the map intact.

Ah, sorry, I've missed it. I was able to reproduce the problem with your map, we'll get it fixed in the next release.

Comment by Pavels Jelisejevs (Inactive) [ 2013 Dec 05 ]

RESOLVED in svn://svn.zabbix.com/branches/dev/ZBX-7427.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a map;
2. Add an element;
3. Add a host group element, set "Show" to "Host group elements" and "Area type" to "Custom size";
4. Add a link between the two elements;
5. Save the map.

Open the map in the monitoring section and you'll see the indexes.
