invalid source ip does not prevent server from starting up, but later checks fail. as we apparently do check it later, this should be done upon startup instead. in the error message host later gets : |

(1) Reviewed and tested. But after looking at this variety of configuration validation error messages I reworked them to be more similar to each other. jurism The reported parameter is now enclosed in single apostrophes for clarity. |
