(1) In item filter -> input text fields - incorrect align (vertical) - Google Chrome

All filter inputs and selects are generally awful. Each browser has it's own element display. For example in FF text for select box is aligned to top, because the line-height is ignored for that element and font is too small for that height. In IE8 text in same select boxes is aligned to bottom for some reason. Texts for simple input fields are also not aligned properly. Not to mention in input beeing relative to label is different for select boxes and input fields and in each browser is also different. I couldn't find ie.css to be used somewhere, but since we need several pixel fixes for each browser, I made css several hacks. I would probably make a PHP browser check somewhere and include corresponding css depending on browser and version. Also we have not only filter but group, host and other object selection in top right corner and that select box size is also different that in filter. There are many, nice and cross-browser ready solutions online for select boxes. Just a reminder that many dropdowns are useless should be removed and replaced with radio buttons and simple buttons.

Fix is ugly, but at least it works and looks the same on all browsers.
Tested changes on all IEs, FF, Chrome, Opera and Safari.
