 Description   

1. Use TRUNK version;
2. DON'T use Opera browser for this;
3. Open Administration > Authentification page
4. Sometimes buttons change from radio buttons to buttons on first load, but if not, continue to step 5.
5. Change from Internal to HTTP, for example and wait for page refresh. While page loads buttons now become radio buttons and, when page is fully loaded, they change back to normal buttons.

I don't have a slow machineThis is very noticeable. Haven't seen this before on 2.2. So probably only trunk is affected. Works fine on Opera browser.

But on Opera there is a different issue. Disabled "Save" button is gray and not light blue. It's hard to distinguish when button is enabled and disabled. See attached images.

Seems disable input in Opera always is grey and cannot be colored..

(2) In class.cdiv.php:

1. The buttonset() call should be moved to js/init.js;
2. The ZBX_JQUERY_INPUTSET is not used and can be removed.

(3) This caused a regression: configuration item filter is broken. And the host mass update form.

(4) Another problem: when opening the item mass update form, the fields are visible from the start. Might be related to (3).

(5) Please revert the change to the jQuery library, it shouldn't be updated in this fix.
