Proxy is down sometime.

It can be a reason of false time of alerting of triggers.

+1, because right now I have a lot of triggers:
us2-xvc1-1 zabbix agent no data PROBLEM
cn4-slave-53 zabbix agent no data PROBLEM
cn0-vm-221 zabbix agent no data PROBLEM
us2-slave-91 zabbix agent no data PROBLEM

but they doesn't appear at zabbix dashboard, but notification is still in progress. Data in latest data is correct and clear, agents running good on all nodes.

It seems that the problem still persists even when we upgraded the proxy to 2.0.12

There was conclusion that it may also lead to strange alerting when hosts are taking out of maintenance.
