Description |
Memory usage of Firefox is continuously growing up every refresh screen with Zabbix frontend. Finally, Firefox cannot shows graph image or memory error happens. How to reproduce:
Can't reproduce on Chrome. |

this seems to be ZBX-3878 all over again. can we fix it for good ? |

There is a slight difference, in this case the problem is not related with the slide show. |

true, but in ZBX-3878 various non-slideshow problems were fixed (like some with the time period scrollbar etc) |

Unfortunately it would appear that Firefox (tried 24.4.0, 29.0.1) is leaking memory when image elements replaced and there is not anything we can do about it. Chrome handles this without problem. Added comment on issue in Mozilla's Bugzilla. |

Following comments in Mozilla bugtracker, reloading images don't leak memory anymore when using a nightly build (tried firefox-32.0a1). This means Firefox had a memory leak. |
