For purpose of generating discovery rules based on special discovery template it is not possible without attached patch to pass required information about applications. Current implementation does not allow associated array to be sent over api just plain list. Patch changes this behavior using zbx_objectValues unpacking, and allows both ways of passing info into system. |

This is not a bug. The "applications" parameter accepts an array of application IDs by design. We don't aim at using similar data structures for get and create methods. CLOSED. |
