Since pointing to online documentation, shouldn't it be rather named 'Documentation'?

I believe that "Help" is a pretty common label for links and buttons pointing to the documentation. And it's already familiar to our users. I don't see any reasons to change it.

I see. In general i share this opinion - getting help or getting support sound quite similar to me though.
My intention was not to say that 'Help' would be wrong but 'Documentation' would be a more exact label.
