 Description

Feature ZBXNEXT-101 implemented runtime controls to change process log levels. However, when a sleeping process receives a signal, it has a side effect that the process wakes from sleep. So, for instance, a housekeeper, when woken up, will do housekeeping. Simlarly for other processes. They should continue sleeping for the allotted time instead.

(1) Better would be to allow all processes to be waken up with zbx_wakeup() (this would be usefull if/when forced wakeups will be added to other processes, for example housekeeper).

igorsh RESOLVED in r49514.
