It is a duplicate of ZBX-8744. These issues are related to the problems with server's database upgrade.

existing database problems is not a bug in zabbix, more of a support request. please use zabbix irc, forums and other channels for community support - see https://www.zabbix.org/wiki/Getting_help for more detail

I export the mysql db without db structure, drop old mysql db, drop zabbix, new 2.2 install, import only data db without structure, upgrade 2.2 to 2.4
