Disabled and readonly input fields shouldn't have a hover effect in the classic theme.

Something we've missed while working on ZBX-8377.

(2) Some of the properties from theme css files are overriding the properties from default.css, and some properties are just taking the default ones and it's hard to tell from which file the color or border color actually comes from. So it's a mess. default.css should contain like the sizes, structure and object position, as for theme css, it should hold colors, background colors, borders etc. So as for these disabled and readonly fields, let's clear out some of those properties from default.css that are overridden and move them to corresponding theme css files. We then will have less problems to worry about that one of the themes is missing some property because it's taking it from default.css instead of theme css.
