 Description   
  • create an action with two operations, save it.
  • edit it again. remove the first operation
  • edit the second operation, 'update' it
  • notice how it got duplicated

It will be fixed under ZBX-9013.

(1) in some cases operations may be lost.

  • edit an action with two operations with the same steps (like 1-0)
  • edit the second operation. sometimes (exact conditions not clear), editing it will rearrange the operations in the list.
  • click 'update' for the operation - now both operations are the same
