Map export from Zabbix 1.8

Map contains background. And in export file it exist:

<image>
<name>1</name>
<imagetype>2</imagetype>
<encodedImage>.....</encodedImage>
</image>

In Map import selected checkboxes create/update image

Imported successfully

But created map don't have any background

(1) Map with submap from 1.8 to trunk imports successfully even though there is no such submap. It finds the first submap and attaches it instead.

gunarspujats Submap validation is present in version 2.5.0 r55035. Tested export file from 1.8.

Background image import works fine.
In provided test file background image is larger than map, and actual image objects are beyond map boundaries. If we increase map height, than background looks OK.
