 Description   

After zabbix update from 2.4.3 to 2.4.4 we are no longer available to disable/enable individual triggers on default zabbix snmp template. Configuration > hosts > Triggers > click on enabled > ERROR: No permissions to referred object or it does not exist!
This was working before the update. User logged in - admin with super admin permissions.

Confirmed regression.
Broken in r51862 - ZBX-8448

On attempt to disable LLD trigger I can see this query in 2.4.4 which is obviously wrong:
SELECT t.triggerid FROM triggers t WHERE t.triggerid='13682' AND t.flags='0'
