if you ack issues on dashboard this make him "acked", but if you go to triggers view you will see this trigger unacknowledged. but if you ack trigger in trigger view then you will see also acknowledged on dashboard. i play with this and findout that if you ack thru triggers view - you ack all current and prev events at all. if you ack on dashboard you only ack last one event. but i still dunno why triggers looks unacknowledged while ack em thru dashboard. |

Dashboard has several different widgets. Some of them based on triggers but some on events. Also, does "trigger view" means "Monitoring -> Triggers" page? I don't think here is any bug, see http://www.zabbix.org/wiki/Docs/bug_reporting_guidelines |

to ack trigers thru dashboard was used "last 20 issues". it's looks like bug, because engineers do it all time and misunderstand behaviour. |

take a look at screenshots step by step from ack-0 to ack-4 . why in triggers view main trigger does not shows as acknoledged? |

I don't think here is any bug as well. In Dashboard widget "last 20 issues" you can ack latest event of trigger. Trigger view (Monitoring -> Triggers) regarding documentation allow bulk ack of all events at once. For separate ack documentation offer use Monitoring -> Events page. https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/2.4/manual/web_interface/frontend_sections/monitoring/triggers Acknowledged The acknowledgment status of the trigger is displayed: Acknowledged - green text indicating that the trigger is acknowledged. A trigger is considered to be acknowledged if all events for it are acknowledged. Acknowledge - a red link indicating unacknowledged events. If you click on the link you will be taken to a bulk acknowledgement screen where all events for this trigger can be acknowledged at once. Note: If you wish to acknowledge a single event only, go to Monitoring → Events. No events - if there are no events for the trigger. Displaying this string is supported since Zabbix 2.0.4; prior to that these triggers were displayed as Acknowledged.
