 Description   

When creating a new step for a web scenario in IE, the "Retrieve only headers" option is enabled by default and cannot be disabled at all.
Works as expected in Chrome and Firefox.

Reproduced on IE 9.0.8112.16421
Zabbix 2.4.5 packages on CentOS 6.6

Works on the same installation if opened with any other browser.
