See ZBXNEXT-166 where binding for oracle has been introduced.

Partial debug log.

We have DEBUG turned on and we noticed that when the Availability report is executed, the queries do not appear to have binding. Also DBA checked and wasn't able to identify any query with binding when the Availability Report is being executed. Attached a partial extract from the debug log.
