Debian 13 Trixie works great, if only we got the Zabbix packages so that we could officially upgrade our proxies 
It works with Debian 13 if version of MariaDB not to upgrade. In my case MariaDB version from Debian 12 - 10.11.11-MariaDB-0+deb12u1, Zabbix 7.4.1
Yes, ZBXNEXT-10056 (completed) is related to this: Debian 13 includes MariaDB 11.8
I believe MariaDB 11.8's new default collation is utf8mb4_uca1400_ai_ci.

Sorry, there were some issues and the packages are expected for the stable version.
Unstable 7.0.18rc2 and 7.4.2rc2 packages for trixie are out.
I'll update download instructions with stable releases.

https://www.zabbix.com/download is still missing Debian 13 links but also works for 7.0.18 when using the relevant zabbix-release file name (= replace 12 with 13)

It is obsolete and is not included in the zabbix-release package for 7.0. It has no metadata for trixie.
Agent2 plugins are included in the main repo. Just install normally.
