 Description   

Currently documentation about maintenances doesn't explain about all aspects for use that feature.

Also need more of examples.

It is necessary to mention this:
Zabbix works according this logic: if at least one host (used in the trigger expression) is not in maintenance mode, Zabbix will send alerts.

maintenance docs have been improved since then. further improvements can happen outside this issue
