template list in host properties (templates tab) currently does not allow to click on template names. to improve navigation, template names should be clickable, which should open template properties

(1) The template configuration form should be opened in a new window, so that the user wouldn't accidentally lose the data in the form.

<richlv> i'd like to object to this. we only do popups in a couple places so far (dashboard favourites, value mapping in item properties);
if user wants to open something in a new tab, they can always do that - not opening in a new window/tab is not possible;
we even have had users complain about this.

i'd suggest not to use new window/tab -> REOPENED

jelisejev We've changed the favorite link behavior in ZBXNEXT-2073, they will now be opened in the same tab. And the value mapping link opens in a new tab for the same reason, so that the user wouldn't accidentally loose his form data when reviewing value mappings. I do believe, that links in large complex forms should be opened in new tabs.

<richlv> in that case let's document such an approach somewhere - maybe a new section in https://www.zabbix.org/wiki/Docs/specs/coding_style ?
