 Description   

Function substitute_key_macros() does not open the macros declared in the template/host.
It worked before? ZBXNEXT-355

P.S. I attach the patch, but it is a double substitute_simple_macros() call.

This problem looks like ZBX-5625, which was fixed in Zabbix 2.0.3rc2. I have tested both 2.0.3 and the latest revision (r47744) and user macro resolution works. Please reopen if the problem is still relevant for you.
