Please, add possibility to automatically sort "IT services" (if "Sort order" value is 0, for example). Because, it is very inconvenient to sort them manually, especially in case of big number of services and this list is inconstant. |

I think it should be sorted by sort order and (if sort order is the same) alphabetically. Is it what you need? |

Hi! Is there any update with this feature? Because quantity of services is increased and analyzing of IT services becomes very difficult. |

Yes, changing the the auto sort feature (when the sort values are the same), based on Name sorted alphabetically ascending (like most other lists in the system), rather than creation date, would be very useful |
