 Description   

It's not often you need to know how many items, hosts are monitored.
Maybe it makes sense to the user or to globally disable the dashboard widgets. For example, "Status of Zabbix", "Web monitoring" and other.

I've create patch for this implementing.
It only for looking how it could be work.

In my opinion collapsing wouldn't be enough.
This way the dashboard gets more clearly. Haven't checked it but I believe the data for collapsed widgets are still queried.
Additionally this improvement might open the way for much more widgets which weren't considered in the past because of not being beneficial for every one.
