Maybe force after a server reload (config_cache_reload) so it would sync to its proxies as well.

I think really the proxy should be able to ask the server to send it its config, and proxies should (by default probably, but according to config) then make this request when the server connects for the first time after build/init.

This way new proxies which are built and put into service on a continuous deployment basis don't need operator intervention.

Re-loading the list of user parameters without Agent restart was implemented in ZBXNEXT-6936 

Just a quick update. This functionality is in QA currently, will be available in one of alphas of Zabbix 6.2 for early preview.

zabbix_server -R proxy_config_cache_reload=Proxy1,Proxy2

Will this work besides the proxy being active or passive ?
