Description |
I would like to request a Trigger Severity for "None". The reason why I am requesting this is because there are some items that I do not want all other users noticing, such as debugging alerts. This would be useful for Triggers that are required to set off actions for notifying specific individuals of a specific problem within the network that should only be handled by that Zabbix Group or Email User Group. Information and Not Classified still produce graphical alerts. Currently I have a few Zabbix Trapper items that are not critical to business operations; I have implemented a few trappers, eg: Cisco's ENVMON, Debugging, General Alert Queue, which are frequently setting off and causing confusion. Clearing them from the main Dashboard would be helpful, as disabling them would completely defeat the purpose of having them to begin with. |

I do not think it will ever be implemented. You may already use severities "Not classified" or "Information" for this purpose. Alternatively, you may use some tag for events you want to ignore and then filter out them. |
