Description

Need to speed up the process of data re-synchronization of master and slave nodes.
Resync went very slowly: approximately 330K of data was pushed to master node every 15 minutes, according to slave server log. Full resync took few hours.

with nodes removed in 2.4, this one is unlikely to be looked in
