I always found the event list pop-up of description columns in 'Last <n> issues' somehow disturbing.
Why not moving it to 'Last change' column? Even from a contextual point of view it would better suit there.

I had a short discussion with PavelA about the suggestion and looks like it's not possible to do because in 3.0 it's possible to click and "fix" the pop-up on top, which was not possible to do in 2.4.

But suggested column "Last change" contains real links, so it's not possible to click there to fix the pop-up.

So I suggest to close this one as won't fix.
