 Description   

We currently have zabbix_agentd (the daemon version) and zabbix_agent (the inetd version). The latter version does not seem to have any users and it complicates coding a bit (see ZBX-3078 for one example), so we might wish to remove it.

the latest discussion on this concluded with a decision to drop it after 3.0 is out, if nobody complains until then

An idea was discussed on IRC yesterday to drop zabbix_agent from packages first to see whether anybody will complain.

Btw, it happens quite often to me that i make falsely use of zabbix_agent instead of zabbix_agentd. This happens because I'm very used to use tab-completion in the shell

(1) The removed NEWS file is required by automake. We should restore it and put some generic link to documentation (for example http://www.zabbix.com/documentation.php)

asaveljevs Another option would be to link to https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/3.0/manual/introduction/whatsnew300, but then the link would have to be updated with each release.

Yet another option would be to fix zabbix.com website to have a generic news link like http://www.zabbix.com/release_notes.php with an optional "version" parameter, instead of a separate page for every release like the current http://www.zabbix.com/rn2.4.7.php .

This commit changes INSTALL file and replaces a link to our documentation with some boilerplate text that does not have any connection to Zabbix. According to wiper, the change was not intentional. Let's fix it.
