 Description   

There is a "As plain text" button on history data screen. it's nice to have "Export to CSV" button as well.

Exported CSV history data is useful for analysing data on spread sheet or creating reports.

might be a duplicate of ZBXNEXT-1723 - although that issue talks about graphs, it would provide the same functionality.
also note that for now it should be possible to copy-paste "plaintext" data for some quick spreadsheet analysis.
