 Description

Could you please improve the documentation,
so that when I search for a expression only it is only searched in a specific version.

e.g. when I'm reading manual for 3.0, so that the search term isn't searched in other versions.

It seems to work like that already. Maybe you mean that it should not search in non-English languages?

Was that changed recently? For a long time a search gave results from any version.
But yes, it would be great if only results were displayed from the actual language.

As investigated by sasha, it seems to be already possible using DokuWiki search facilities: see https://www.dokuwiki.org/search .

In order to search in the English manual, use the "manual" namespace, like so: "@manual IPMI". If you wish to search in French documentation, use "@fr IPMI". The namespace to search can be found in the URL.

Therefore, closing as "Won't fix".
