For example the location, responsible persons,...
So support this type of macro's in the event tags can be very interesting.

RESOLVED in svn://svn.zabbix.com/branches/dev/ZBXNEXT-3480

The configuration cache now also store the hosts inventory informations.
Cached data are then used for expanding the inventory macros everywhere
and also in event tags.

Performance improvement can be achieved for sure in regards on how
we search the host inventories, but for this I want the code to be first
reviewed. when we will cover the performance impact with wiper,
we will, if necessary, optimize the implementation.
