 Description   

In each widget configuration add field: "Default refresh".
It should be a Select field with same values as in refresh dropdown, we currently have for each widget.
In configuration form place it under Name field.

This task was created based on zalex_ua comment:

It would be nice also to add ability to disable automatic widgets refresh, as it's not possible to do in user's profile.
It's important for big installations, where thousands online users are possible (yes, there is at least one such installation). On such installation I had to apply a dirty hack/patch - increase the default (when it's unset) 60 seconds interval to 3600 seconds.

iivs Textual information is fine, but screenshots of widget edit forms are outdated. They should include the new field. Check the pages here and here. Edit forms should include the new field. And here the "Refresh time", it has been renamed.

Also check those screenshots in in 4.0.
