(1) OIDs format should be consistent. Use only 'OID' or '.OID' in OID field

(2) CISCO old IOS templates names rather too long, and stretches frontend too much
Please delete there two old templates from templates sql dump:
Template Module Cisco CISCO-PROCESS-MIB IOS later to 12.0_3_T and prior to 12.2_3.5 SNMPv2
and
Template Net Cisco IOS later to 12.0_3_T and prior to 12.2_3.5 SNMPv2

(3) rename template file template_module_system_snmp to template_module_generic_snmp for Generic SNMP template
