Nice improvement! However, I think the chosen red triangle might mean "danger" or "hazard" in the user mind, while in most cases zabbix error messages simply refer to a requested operation which has failed or cannot be completed. In a next release I would consider a icon with less impact, for example a simple gray cross or exclamation mark.
