 Description

Now we have items and triggers with description, we can add comments why we implemented it, what does it mean, etc.
But, in case of custom/user's macros we have only key:value with no description.
It is hard to remember or find out why we needed custom macro, why that default value, who did changes.
Just simple text box right to the current macros to comment every macro.
Thanks!

Macros tab for templates and hosts should be considered too. It's a bit more complicated there.
