RESOLVED

sasha Information about "Inaccessible item" must be moved from "What's new in Zabbix 4.0.0" section to "Dashboard widgets" as note. Also in dashboard widget configuration fields can occur fields with "Inaccessible host", "Inaccessible group", "Inaccessible map" and "Inaccessible graph".

Dashboard properties form can contain field with "Inaccessible user".
