 Description   

Repro steps:

  1. Create a shape with fixed position: 0:0
  2. Apply
  3. Try to resize the shape using mouse

You will see that there is side effect: position of the shape was changed

Now it works as designed. Shapes are aligned by grid center cell.

It is not perfect solution. We will redesign this later.
