 Description   

In maintenance configuration form (Configuration -> Maintenance) in Periods tab upon pressing "New" or "Edit" period - edit form should be opened in a overlay popup window.

All interactions with periods in maintenance configuration form should be done without reloading the page.

Maintenance form is moved to MVC + modal window as well as periods popup no longer refreshes the page.
I think this issue is no longer relevant.
