Description |
When creating a macro it would be usefull to add other macros into it's name, so you can create dynamic macros on discovery triggers.
For example: {$SFP_SIGNAL: {#SNMPINDEX}} This way you would get a different macro for each interface. |

The LLD macro would likely go in when using the macro, not when creating it - when creating it, you would specify the exact string, which would then match the LLD results. It's even the default example. Or did you have some other usecase in mind? |

I was not using the " " around de macro, that was the problem. Thank you for pointing me to the right documentation, feel free to close the request. |
