 Description

It would be a considerable time saver to be able to clone individual items on a map in the same way that hosts, items and triggers can be cloned.

This would avoid the tedious process of having to select 4 images from the dropdown lists (on, off, disabled, unknown), for every host on the map.

as a workaround, one may add elements without configuring images, then select all of them and update images in one step

I believe it should also work for a list of selected objects with corresponding links.

I've made this first patch to php frontend 2.2.1 that allows to clone an item in maps.

Looking at "what's new", does this resolve ZBXNEXT-875?

Comment by Vjaceslavs Bogdanovs [ 2017 May 18 ]

volter, no. There is an option to control zindex of map shapes (figures and lines).
Ability to change zindex of the map elements is planned feature, but not yet implemented.
