Description |
Datastores are discovered at a hypervisor level: vmware.hv.datastore.discovery The result is in a cluster containing 20 hosts, the same datastore is discovered for each host and if a trigger is added to the LLD aspect, this trigger goes into a problem state 20 times, which fires 20 alerts. I understand why this is located there, because hosts can have local only storage. It would be useful to make this discovery available at the vCenter level, e.g. vmware.cluster.discovery.datastore too.
