 Description   

The "Host Group" setting in Administration > Scripts does not support multiple host groups neither it supports host group nesting.

Could not find any information about whether this is intended or not. ZBXNEXT-3565 was closed as duplicate of another ticket that was marked as fixed, but this feature doesn't exist.

Host group nesting suport in scripts will be added in ZBX-15049.

That issue were using different keywords.
I am expecting ZBX-15049 to be available with Zabbix version 4.0.9.
