also this readme says 5.4 or higher: https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/repos/zabbix/browse/templates/media/victorops/README.md

I guess it should be 5.0 or higher.

The integrations page will be updated.
Yes, readme says that webhook in the master branch is for 5.4. Because only 5.4 and higher supports new JS syntax. You can find YAML for 5.2 and higher (5.0 doesn't support YAML) in the "release/5.2" branch and XML for 5.0 and higher in "release/5.0".

Is Ack-Back supported in this integration similar to one in https://help.victorops.com/knowledge-base/victorops-zabbix-integration/ ?

Deshmukh, this has not been tested. Ack-Back is VictorOps side integration and is out of scope for Zabbix out-of-box integration.
