 Description

It would be useful when deleting/renaming the Regexp (Administration -> General -> Regular expressions) to check into how many items and triggers it is used. For example, as is done recently to value mapping.

Regexp can be used in the Items key and Triggers expression.
So you need not check whether they contain the name of the expression, prefixed by @ symbol.

keywords : global

I remembered that Discovery rule (LLD) can also use Regexp.
May be others - I do not remember all now.

There is another more general feature request regarding handling of referenced objects. I cannot find it quickly.

ZBXNEXT-2940 also asks to check renaming a global regexp
